Default clutch troubles

All of a sudden my clutch feels loose. When I say that I mean that I have to push in the clutch almost all the way before I start to feel resistance. Has anyone else had that problem?

Also I have to use two hands to put the clutch in reverse as I need to put so much pressure on it now. What's up with that?
