Default clutch upgrade

Ok guys the time has come for a new clutch on my AP1. I'm currently bone stock N/A but eventually plan on going turbo, up to 450hp daily driven. From what I've read, the OEM disc and ACT HD pressure plate can handle this type of power, while balancing comfortability and grip. Anyone have any suggestions?

ACT H021 pressure plate
oem disc (not ebay oem disc, but oem disc right from Honda)
oem TO bearing (honda)
oem pilot bearing (honda)

choice of flywheel: oem AP1, any CHROMOLY flywheel from ACT, toda, or comptech (ACT prolite is excellent)

Stay away from aluminum flywheels.

Thanks! Any reputable vendors for the OEM stuff, besides the local Honda who overcharges the shit out of me? I found the pressure plate on autopartswarehouse for $405.00, sound about right?

low 400 range is very good...405 is cheapest you will find I think.

Cheaphondaparts or hondaautomotiveparts is a good online oem source.

I bought the ACT H021 PP and ACT Prolite flywheel from an s2ki member for $650 shipped. I bought the OEM t/o bearing, OEM pilot bearing, and master cylinder from HTG for $225 shipped. Found the OEM disc at majestic for $125 shipped. Parts for my clutch without labor comes out to a whopping $1000, much more than I was hoping to spend but oh well I guess. I need new motor mounts and am debating whether to go OEM, Megan, or Innovative 75a...They all cost about the same and OEM seems somewhat hard to find...any input? Also, what should labor to change motor mounts and clutch be, ballpark? I've also read that alot of times clutch buzz is caused by improperly greasing clutch during installation. I'm going to mention this to the mechanic at Downtown Auto when I bring my car for the clutch job/motor mounts, what should I tell him to grease and what grease to use?

I have all ACT clutch components (disc, PP, prolite flywheel) expect clutch buzz to be a normal with the ACT setup even with a proper install.

If you have you have access to the space and tools try to do the install yourself to save money and learn about the car.

Tell your mechanic to use Honda super Hi-temp urea grease for the pilot bearing and throw out bearing, tip of slave cylinder.

If you plan on going FI be prepared to always spend more than you expect. I'm speaking from experience. Good Luck!
