I searched and it looks to be the secondary 02 sensor heater, I have noticed the heater is much louder when I start the car then I remember it ever being. Upon search I couldn't find any info on how to fix it, just that it was a 02 sensor heater issue. Any help would be lovely!

 

You need a rear o2 sensor.

When you remove it, check if the tip is broken off. If so, you will need a new Cat Converter also.
