Which coilovers?
I would like to hear some of the coilover owners chime in too. I have a set of Zeal B-6's on order. Basicly the reason I have decided to go with these is because the spring rates on the other coilovers you mentioned, seem excessivly high for a car that is to also be driven on the street as well as the track. (at least in my case) Im afraid they will be too uncomfortable.
Tein's are 10kg/mm front and rear (buddy clubs are as well)
Mugens are 7/11 front/rear
Zeals are 8/8 front/rear
Now my old Integra had Tanabe coilovers with rates of 8kg/mm front and 6kg/mm rear. And that was a fairly stiff (and bumpy) setup on the street already. I didnt mind it, but I really dont want anything that feels stiffer then that on the street.
How do your cars ride on the street/track with your coilovers? I would like to know!
Oh yea.. my first post

FWIW, Tein's can be ordered with whatever spring rate you desire. Picking that spring rate will be the tricky part. For everything you'd want to know about suspension tuning I'd suggest picking up a copy of Carroll Smith's "Tune to Win" and "Drive to Win". Until you fully understand it (spring rate) you're just shooting in the dark...
Of all the coilover suspensions that I have had experience with, I prefer the RA. The three TEIN offerings for S2000 spread over the range from comfort to advanced track use. I prefer the TEIN line due to:
1. price
2. quality
3. factory support in the USA
4. adjustability and tunability
I prefer the RA over the RS for most customers. While the RS offers more advanced adjustability (the bump and rebound valves are separate), the RA alows similar performance with one easy to reach and easy to adjust knob.
As far as the comments on ride quality go, don't go by just the spring rates to determine how the suspension will affect your ride quality. I feel that the ride quality only gets slightly firmer compared to the factory suspension, and is not overbearing. In addition, the included TEIN non-compliance upper pillow-mounts may be substituted for the factory rubber pillow mounts if you want a less firm ride.

I just got the Tein RA's from Chris(SoS) and they're absolutely beautiful! I'm going to put them on this weekend. Thanks Chris! BTW, How much does one turn of the coilover drop or raise the suspension? The numbers in the back of the manual -- are those the recommended setup numbers for the height?

This is just a few impression of the dampers that I have driven and used in my own car.
Tein RAs
-good quality
-not short stroke (non adj body length)
-not enough suspension travel for tight circuit to a certain ride height like a 1.5-2" lowering
-too much body roll
Zeal B6s
-good quality
-very good adjustability
-a bit soft (very streetable)
Buddyclub Racing Spec Dampers
-heavy (chromoly steel made)
-46mm piston
-very good adjustability
-super long lasting
-working very well on race tracks
-streetable but on a stiffer side
-15 way adj.
-used in the Honda challenge car.
Spoon Coil-overs
-street /circuit setup
-42mm piston
-very good corner response
-a bit stiff for street
-short stroke body
-5 way adj.
Mugen N1 Dampers
-hardcore
-race use only
-no more to say cuz they are awesome
