So I'm looking into some intake options, I'm very interested in buying the NRG carbon fiber intake which seems to be the exact replica as teh mugen CAI except without the mugen price tag. My question is this..I know the mugen intake you need to cut a section out of your hood, but does anyone have the NRG carbon intake out there and if so, did you also have to cut a section out of your hood?

Any pictures of the hood with this intake would be extremely helpful...Thank you in advance.

This is a picture of the intake in the car, but it doesn't show the hood...I've scour all over the net to see if someone has the NRG intake.

Yes you need to cut the hood or buy a hook where it fits.
