ECHC rules say I can drill out my headlight to put in a cold air intake..... i don't like the AEM kind due to running in the rain sometimes.... hard to hit a puddle that covers the headlights.

yes, but that created a huge hole..... i am not into custom making anything to fill up that hole either.... i think at 140mph i would be creating some kind of bad voodoo without any headlight there.

I may try to go with 3" tubing instead of my 2

A 2.5" round hole gives you a hair under 5 sq. inches of cross sectional area. This is like a 2" X 2.5" square hole. Compare this to the stock intake air horn and you'll have your answer. (I have not measured the stock horn.)

That looks like my cat after it got into a tangle with a piece of chicken wire fence, and the fence decided to keep my cats eye as a momento

the s2000 headlight is HUGE!!!!! i think at 140mph it would throw off the aerodynamics of the car with all that air smacking my tire, etc....

I am going to try a 3-4 inch hole and run it straight to the PRM intake...... hopefully it will force enough air into it....

You could just fill in the unused area with duct tape

that looks awesome!!!!!! hopefully you didn't need to check your oil.

I am content with my hole in the headlight project...i already did it, so there is no turning back.... tomorrow i will get some home depot supplies to get it hooked up to my PRM intake more gooder.
