You shouldn't use the flywheel or pressure plate in the picture. Both are heat checked badly, and you won't be able to resurface either.
Contact Exedy for a pressure plate reccomendation, chances are they won't reccomend the OEM pressure plate.

From the picture it is impossible to determine if there is heat checking. Definitely looks like transfer though. If this is the same clutch or the same compound I wouldn't see a problem (based upon the quality of the picture).
Any chance we could get a close up picture of the contact surfaces? Why are you replacing the clutch in the first place?
Don't forget to buy new bolts before installing!

is that the toda flywheel pictured?
there are crazy heat marks on it, and i would have it resurfaced if i were you...you can use the oem pp with the toda flywheel and exedy clutch
