Default Compression Test

Im not a mechanical guru.

My car tested 200 200 190 190 on a compression test and its a stock motor now boosted.

What does this mean?

Piston rings? Any other possibilities?

Any input would help.

Thanks

Well I sold the car today and told the buyer of the problem, if anyone does know I would greatly appreciate the info so that I can pass it down to him..
