Comptech Filter Oil

Comptech Filter Oil
I've just installed the Comptech blower and the filter that it comes with is made of blue foam. I realise Comptech say to use their oil, but hey, that comes from sales, not engineering.
What sort of oil should I use on it? Being in Aus I can't just pop out and buy some Comptech oil but I have K&N spray on oil (red stuff) and I can buy Finer Filter oil from any parts place.
Any recommendations? Any no goes?

buy UNI oil.
