The main difference in appearance between the stock diff and the Kaaz is that the Kaaz is a pretty, solid, forged deal with four round holes drilled in the sides for the spider gear to fit into... The stock unit has somekthing like three or four vents cast very poorly into the sides to let oil in and out of the gears in the middle. The casting is of a quality only a few steps worse than that of a Taiwanese sledge hammer.

Oh yeah, the Kaaz is a little darker in color also.

I thought the main differnence (besides the kaaz) was the new bearing caps.

I am curious how those are different from stock.

Forgot to mention, Comptech has not set this for mass production just yet. They do not know what the exact cost will be once it's produced. I expect that with the interest shown they will start making these very soon.

The one I will be buying is an extra set they made when they made the braces for their car.

Which one are you getting, Comptech or Kazz? I know that Larry(Bodywerks) got a rear-end from KAZZ last week. I don't know any other that have it. Did you talk to them yet?

what is the price for the kazz diff and its it a off throttle and on throttle, cause i know the Type R has a one way and kazz makes a 1.5 way diff for it, its it the same for the stook
