I remember seeing a thread that provided step-by-step instructions to powering the accessory outlet even when the vehical is turned off.... but I can no longer find it

Does anybody which thread I'm talking about or the person that posted the original thread? Any help will be appreciated~

 

You might want to search for posts by Modrify (esp. in the Atlanta forum). I believe one of his proposals was to switch the 12v wiring between the accessory socket and the trunk release.
