Default Coolant Leak

I just did a coolant flush and change.
In the morning today I drove out and came home and decided to check my radiator to see if there was enough.
It seemed to be a little low so I topped if off and bled the system.
The car sat for a good 5 hours and I decided to get gas and came back home and noticed it leaked a small puddle.
I checked the engine bay and notice there was some coolant on the right side of the engine. Seems like coolant splashed on the hoses in the area.
Engine is running smoothly as well as staying at a constant 8 bar on the temperature gauge.
Could it be that I overfilled the system and it decided to let loose somewhere.
I haven't had a leak in the system until I decided to flush the system.

You should be able to see the coolant at the neck of the radiator fill cap, your overflow bottle should be between the min & max lines. It will vary depending on engine temperature.

The only way to diagnose the leak is to search the engine bay. If you removed any hoses, then double check that they're all connected properly and fastened (if you're using hose clamps).

I took a couple of pictures. I think I see where the leak is coming from but not a 100% sure. Is there suppose to be a gasket behind the fitting where the top radiator hose goes?

Sorry, I tried to use that image thing but it keeps showing as a broken image.
