My radiator fan and A/C compressor fan both cycle at exactly the same time, whether coming on with the increasing temperature of the coolant, or from turning on the A/C. The fans turn on and off according to specs with the temperature of the coolant, and always are both on when the A/C is on.

Is this normal?

 

Normal. Both fans are supposed to cycle at the same time.
