Default Correct upstream O2 sensor for AP1 w/F22?

Would love to get some clarification so that I don't order the less-effective O2 sensor for my situation:

I've got an '02 with a 04-05 F22. I'm running the correct, unmodified ECU for the AP2 and need to change out the up-stream O2 sensor; should I buy the 04-05 sensor? I'm guessing that's the case since I'd think that F22 ECU would prefer to see that sensor.

amirite?!? Or.... no?

Makes sense. They're all the same part number other than the last 3 digits and may be interchangeable. Probably a Denso part (Honda didn't make them).

00-03 sensors are different than 04-05 sensors.

Did u go with a OE Replacement? Or NGK?

How's it working?

Went to the dealer the other day for upstream. Quoted me like $478!!!

Looking for reliable/performance/accuracy
I'm boosted on original, rounding 75k Mil.
any advice? $500 is a monopoly!

OEM sensor cost is insanity. You can get an equivalent performing option in either a denso or ngk with direct pnp for less then $60 each! Both upstream and down are outfitted on my car. The only difference is the male/female connector. Based on my research, all Hondas use the same sensors but the pnp plugs are switched for the S2k, so for example the female/upstream on say a accord, is the male/downstream on the s2k, and vice versa. Get either brand, just make sure you got the right plug end for the right location. I dont remember which is which. You will probably have to crawl under the car to verify.
