Default could driving without airpump damaged the cat

i damaged my airmpump a few months ago and ever since been driving it till i found one just for about 3k miles now maybe more. I recently noticed a loss of power after the car has been driven for a few miles. In the morning when the car is still cool it picks up quick in every gear but after a while it feels sluggish and i been reading that a clogged cat can be a result of this but i am not throwing out any codes for that only for the airpump. If anybody can give any suggestion on what can make the car runn sluggish i would appreciate it, i forgot to add my airfilter is a bit a dirty which i need to change this week but i wouldnt think a dirty airfilter will affect the car this much.

The air pump is for start up emissions only, to warm up the cat. Once you start driving, even if the motor's still cold, it shuts off.
