Couple questions before start up

Ok so i flushed the coolant like 6 times today and the water still keeps coming out cloudy. If i flush it and dump it right away its somewhat clear but after driving its cloudy. I still cant tell if its just left over shit in the system or if something new is getting in. If i look into the radiator i can still see little white flakes floating around in the coolant and sitting on top of the internal plates. I tried driving the car hard and then dumping it immediately to keep the stuff from settling but it still got cloudy the next time i filled it and drove it. This is what the water coming out looked like.

the cam shafts are stamped wit han "I" and "E", also notice in your picture that one has a ring around it. Yours are properly installed.

Are you bleeding the coolant lines as you refill it? (there's one bleed screw on the front top of the engine and another one in the metal line that runs across the firewall to the heater) ....also be sure to have your temp knob inside the car turned all the way to heat (red) to open the valve to let coolant circulate thru the heater core to expel all the air in the system.

To me, the water coming out of your system in the pix looks pretty clean--- never going to get it completely clear in an older engine and radiator.

Yeah i noticed the cam stamps a little later. Somehow i didnt notice the big IN and EX stamp on them before. Yeah i bled the system everytime i flushed it. I even used one of those reverse flush systems and then i did a flush with some prestone flush additive. The thing i was really worried about was that before there was coolant getting into a cylinder and vice versa with combustion getting into the coolant. Hence all the milky residue. I was worried that maybe i didnt clean the cylinder sleeves well enough and there was still the same problem; Since one of the cylinders was still a little lower on compression after i changed it. I guess the best way to test it would be to bleed the coolant system and make sure its full, then do a leak down and see if any bubbles come out of the radiator cap.
