Covering trunk holes?
How much does it cost to cover up trunk holes, that came from a spoiler? Does it really cost that much? its 2 little holes. Has anyone got this done? Let me know
Thanks
Thanks
true, it's only two little holes. patching that up should not be hard. but if you want no one to notice that you had holes to begin with, then you'd better get a good paint job. this is where the $ goes. i'm guessing in the ballpark of $200-$500.
or you could use that $ towards a cf trunk, but you'll have to get the hood as well. pick your poison. good luck.

I have the same delimna right now because I sold my00 silverstone spoiler and I have 4 holes (that looks damn sexy). I got numerous quotes from body shops and the bottom line is that you are better off looking for a used trunk. My quotes were around 250-300 bucks because they need to paint the entire trunk after they fill the holes. I am pretty sure they have to use bondo too, so that is a drawback.
Anybody selling their SS oem trunk, PM me.
