I just need to know if the pin that holds the oil pump chain and the crankshaft in place sticks out off of the crankshaft or if it is supposed to be flush. Mine has decided to stick out a few mm's and I don't know if I need to make it flush or if that is how it was. Thanks in advance.

The keyway extends past the end of the crank but not far enough to extend past the main crank pulley.
