Looks like i'll be going through the insurance. I was looking around the car yesterday, doing a little inspecting, when I noticed what appears to be frame damage. Going to have a local body shop check it out to confirm :\

Save the headache/trouble by reporting it to your insurance. That's what they're for. I had a incident in Jan and then again in March, timing/bad luck shouldn't stop you. One of my friend had to file another claim after 1 week of getting it back, now that's cursed lol
I filed a claim on a hit and run, everything processed and car was fixed, however, on the same day when I picked up my car to go back home, I was rear ended on the freeway
Ended up filing the claim, and dropped off the car at the body shop Saturday. However, the adjuster did not factor in the OEM lip in the estimate. I spoke to him about it in person a few days ago, and even brought the bumper and lip to show him exactly what part i'm talking about, and he seemed confused and wasn't sure if the insurance would cover it. Shouldn't the insurance cover the OEM lip, given that it's an OEM part?
