Default Crazy problem

Dear s2000 owners,

My Modification;
2003 S2000 17,000 Miles
Comptech supercharged NOVI1000 aftercooler, ACT CLUTCH KIT, HEAVY DUTY PRESSURE PLATE, Gear Ratio to 4.57. HKS Dual Hi power exhaust/ TEIN dress up string, Defi gauges and Carbon fiber hood, hardtop, ADVAN Model 5 17" rims. Spoon Strut Bar, berk test pipe.

Video YouTube.

I'm going crazy with my s2000, the car is idle very rough, black smoke, both cool n warn start has not stop, try reset the ecu, start up fine then second start happen again. I read the ways to fix on this forum, map sensor chrank n zip lock tightent, throttle body n idle air control clean it with carb cleanner, take out the 02 sensor clean it, add the injector cleaner in the fuel tank ... Non seem to work, ( I import this car to Laos where Honda dealer never heard or seen one so I cannot take it there to fix )

Please help me figure out what is wrong with it, why is it sound so bad n why the fuel pressure is not stable, any video or addition info I can provide more in detail. I love my s2000 n it hurt that I can't fixed it n drive it.

Thank you

I imagine something is wrong with the tune on the supercharger, perhaps, as mentioned, getting too much fuel to the engine. Are you the new owner or have you always had the car, including when the supercharger was put on?

And the vid doesn't work...

Make sure the o-ring under the map sensor is not split or missing. This will cause a nasty rich condition, with no immediate CEL.

Thank u all, my s comes with the ct supercharged it has got only 12,000 miles (carfax 1owner) when I got it delivered, it was great when I first got it for about 1 year, the car did not throw CEL, the o ring one the map sensor is well secure, what is FPR? You guys can not see the vid on YouTube? Really? How do I add vid on this forum?

My link

After that I notice the problem at idle therefore I try to reset but this time follow the ECM idle learning process (i have to skip some part like disconnecting pgm fi main relay , c404, n g1terminal coz it was so hard to take it off n I can't find where it's at, however when I start it up it was a bit rich then I step on the gas n hold at 3000 rpm until the fan comes on at 90f n let it idle for 5 mins, then I turn it off, start it again n I was perfectly normal, will post vid later,

Will this solve my crazy problem for good or it will keep coming back?

Thanks

Seems to be a real issue on cold startup. Almost seemed like the engine wasn't getting enough fuel. Have you checked the fuel pump?

Is the before vid the action before you do an ECU reset? And is the after vid what happens after the ECU reset? I noticed the idle rpms were horrible during the before vid and right on during the after vid.
