Default Crazy Tick (Video inside)

So I have this stupid tick problem I just cant get rid of.. Can anyone help me.. I took it to honda and they told me one of the bearings was bad or one of the rods was bent.. however its all forged and has only been run 3 miles.. I think it is an upper tick like valves or lifters not a knock like a lower issue.. so I brought it back from honda and am trouble shooting myself.. BTW I moved from minneapolis and live in Bum F**K North Dakota and there is a whole 17 S2000s in the state so I dont know how lagit the honda tech is. Did a compression test numbers are good.. change the TCT coil packs Plugs and oil but I dont know what else to do. Perhaps Timing chain jumped due to a bad TCT or the Vtec solinoid is bad??

Any help i can get I would really be greatful

Does it do it in vtec?
Sounds like the lost motion assemblies are sticking and not keeping the center rocker against the cams.
Pop the valve cover, and make sure the center rocker is free and not sticking and moves freely.

On a side note, what is the big positive for the breather on the valve cover? I thought about doing that because the tube going to my intake is probably leaking air on the intake side due to fail mechanics rigging it up. Dont really want to buy a new intake tube

there really is none.. it just vents to atmosphere istrad of to intake.. i see it as cleaner cooler air entering intake. its actually a little dirtier(to your engine bay)then the recurculate tube but I really dont care.. Usually I have turbo vehicles and use a catch can but this is one of the only NA i have ever owned... its a whole new world to me..

yeah I did mine on the tighter side of the scale and the valves were MUCH quieter. Make sure they arent too loose they make noise.. I still have a knock though so my problem wasnt fixed
