Default Cruse Control Troubleshooting

My CC wont engage, the light on dash will not light up. Here's the summary

CC button lights up when pressed
I checked the Clutch switch with a volt meter for continuity (sp?) CHECK
checked the Brake switch (both switches in the one) for continuity CHECK
checked the steering wheel controls with volt meter CHECK

I also jumped the clutch swith with a paper click, still didn't work.

All fuses including under the hood are fine and under the dash.

Am I missing something??

Please help and thank you

The clutch pedal has 2 switches on it. One is for the starter interlock and the other is for the CC kill. Are you sure you checked the right one?
Did you check fuse #47 under the hood?

And fuse # 6 and #23 under the dash?

From what I could see the plug that goes into the clutch switch only has a 2 wire plug.
What I'm trying to tell you is that there are TWO separate switches on the clutch. You are only looking at one of them. Check the OTHER one.
