Default CV boot protection

Anyone use a cleaning/protecting chemical to help prevent premature boot cracking? Let me know. Thanks in advance

If you search the site, someone did a write up of cleaning and preserving all the undercarriage boots. I think they used some type of silicone spray.

Yeah, I saw some threads talking about silicone spray, but I wanted to see what specific products people are using. For instance, are 303 Aerospace good for the boots?

For what it's worth, I've had my S for 10yrs and 136K mi and when I replaced the axles, the CV boots were in great shape.
