Default Darton Sleeves

OK, I have some fun money on hand and I'm ready for some serious HP. Id like to send my spare block off to be sleeved with Darton's as soon as my Ross pistons show up at my doorstep. I'm looking for recommendations as to who to send it to for the work. My fall back is Golden Eagle, but I believe they use GE sleeves and I really would prefer Darton. Any suggestions?

Alaniz is too slow; I know, he did my head.
AEBS is not Darton.
I have no interest in having Mike Simond build my engine.

So the question remains, who does Darton sleeves?

I thought Mike Simon used Darton. What are the issues with him? I am not aware any problems...

Alaniz may be slow, but he is reliable and his work is probably the best IMO. Besides, it is race season, and that is his primary business. Not to say that everyone is second, but in race season, the racers get the priority.

what's wrong with aebs fperra? you are not planning to boost more than 55psi are you ?

Is Darton making sleeves for the f20c now? I checked 8 months ago and they were not available. It will be interesting to know which type of sleeve they use.

I did my last car with Darton and I dealt with them directly. Anyway, the wait is a hassle but man when you see the work they perform on your block your going to be amaze. You want to put it on a pedestal on your livingroom for show! I've should have taken pictures! Damn it!

Mine is ready for a showcase also. AEBS does great work, and as far as i am concerned are in the high runnings as one of the best import tuners out there now. There reputation precedes them. ALso i deal directly with them. And they have connections everywhere. Also they already have proven experience with s2000 motors .Thats my two cents.

For darton sleeves, yours will have to be a tester. I dont believe they've still done a F20C block yet. So basically your block will be a trial and error sort of thing with them. But it's the same as a H22 block so I dont think they'll have a problem.
