Default Dealership work

So I took my 05 S2000 into the local Honda dealer and had coolant, clutch, brake, transmission, and diff fluids changed. All was well until I noticed someone scratched my steering wheel with about a 6 inch mark. I took it back and we had the detailer work on it. I can not feel the scratch but I can see it when the light shines on. I was told that they will replace the steering wheel if I want them to. Good customer relations but unfortunately some one was careless. I'm going to see if I can ignore it...

The 3 dealers I asked said the put bulk stock general gear oil in the diff. No synthetic. Its so easy, do it yourself and put something decent in it.

yeah please go have them show you what they put in the diff. but do not mention anything else. most dealerships do not have the proper fluid for our diff. just another reason why i keep amsoil on hand.

1. I take my own fluids in, Amsoil (no, I'm not a dealer), and they just charge me labor, $16 for the engine oil, and I forget about the tranny and diff, but I think, $35, and $40 for them in labor.

No offense to the OP, but how many years has it/ is it gonna take before people learn that taking an S to the dealer for ANY reason is a BAD idea?? This has proven itself over and over and will never improve...
