Have you tried the 'Search' feature? This question has been asked many times.

I think deciding what spring rates you want is a far more important decision than deciding what brand you want. And with zero information on what you plan on doing with your car (look cool, track, fast canyons, etc) any input would be meaningless.

I am in the same boat, so I will ask as well. My first question is, does it hurt the shock when you put aftermarket springs on the car? (it did on my GTI and A4)
I want a set of springs that will lower the car just enough to kill the fendergap. I purchased some 17's, and do not want the car looking like a 4X4. I will never track the car, nor do any 1/4 mile runs with it. I drive "spirited" once in a blue moon. I am in AZ, and the roads aren't to bad in regards to pot holes and stuff like that.

I've got a set of kg/mm race springs that I'll be selling shortly. They will drop about 1.3" and feel a little stiffer than stock. Only have 1200 mi on them. PM if interested.

As pfb has already stated, this information is absolutely worthless to you. Every spring mentioned is COMPLETELY different. Each spring will have different rates and ride heights. Only you can decide what is right for you. What you should be asking, is if there is someone local to you that has a particular spring, so you can get a ride.
