I got my car at the age of 17. I've been treated with nothing but respect from Weseloh Honda. They have fixed all my problems with the car, and have even repaired some stuff that was TOTALLY obvioulsy my fault at no cost. Although your age does play a part, I suggest you find another dealer that will respect you and listen to you.
Doesn't a car have to have the SAME problem over and over before it is technically a "Lemon"?
If I am remembering my "F=MA" stuff correctly, if the clutch has twice the gripping power, then it WILL put twice as much instantanious force (shock) on the rest of the drivetrain. It seems like it would be like the difference between a steel hammer and a rubber mallot. It doesn't take much force behind a steel hammer to break a window, but it is REALLY hard to break a window with a rubber mallot.
How much more gripping force does this clutch have?

Gernby, the thing is, I have a buddy who has the same clutch, and drives it much harder than most people drive theirs with the stock clutch, and hasn't broken anything. He's been to the drag strip a bunch too. So it takes a lot.

LOL, damn bud your clutch is about to go, dont go with a unsprung clutch, i do believe my clutch is alittle harsh for more street use, but you race the car long enough things will break, and its a luck by luck feature, OH and its not the dealer dicking me around its my DSM. The dealer does what they can the DSM is the one who holds the money and he denies the fixes.
