This happened to me, and it WAS the battery even after I tested it with a voltmeter and it said it was good.

Otherwise, the starter or fuses?

But even if it was the battery wouldnt another car giving it charge turn on my lights or something? I've had battery problems and i got a new one. But even with the old one it still turned on lights when being given charge.
