I live in FL, the lowest temps I see is ~30 degrees.

Also, approx. how many miles do go between changes?

i use mobil1 myself. As long as it is a GL-5 it should be fine.

I think there is GL-6, but I can't remember if that is better or worse.
Some info on GL-6:

THRILLR, the S takes about .8 qt. See the Oil Journals sticky at the top of UTH for more info.

buy 1 qt. you should be able to get to the fill bolt without jacking the car up. If so make sure the car is as level as possible. pump in the fluid until it starts to drop out the fill hole. the bottom of the fill hole is also the fluid level. should take just about .8 qt

If you need to jack the car up, do so then pump in the whole bottle. let the car down on level ground and wait for the drip to pretty much stop.

I would recommend a fluid pump. walmart has a nice red one for ~$7. some people just tape/glue a tube on the end of the bottle, but your arms will get tired from squeezing!

I went to LE's website, but I can't find LE-607 anywhere on there. Is it still made?

Where is the cheapest place to buy some?
