Can anyone confirm if those Euro specs are the same for the 04 MY?

You have different wheels, different tires, different front spring rates, different rear spring rates, different shock damper rates, different front & rear stabilizer bar, and different steering knuckles. The UK specs were for the years I already mentioned. When it comes to handling, you have an entirely different car due to all the changes I've listed.

It does seem to be a little more squirrely when accelerating in first on a sweeping left turn lane, but I think its because the inner tire is barely making contact.

Overall, so far so good.
What spring rate did you end up with? The trend over the model years has been to change the bias towards the front. Older models were biased with heavier rates in the rear. I found the Eibach springs too stiff for the rear resulting in on throttle oversteer through sweepers. I just couldn't use as much throttle as I could with a stock setup. With stock full throttle was possible. The stiffer springs required me to feather the throttle. I also use the UK alignment specs however I increased the rear camber to -2.5 which helped my particular setup. Since that time I changed the front tires (225-40-17) and anti-sway bar (heavier than 00 stock) with good results. I plan to swap springs in order to achieve a front bias (soften the rear). I'll probably adjust the front and rear camber once again to suit the new setup.
