Thumbs up Differential, Transmission or What?

I have a problem, but I'm not exactly sure what is wrong and I was wondering if anyone else has had this or heard of this.

When up shifting and accelerating from 4,000 to 7,000 rpm my car is pulling relatively hard to the left. If speed is held at consistant speed or decelerating the car hold a straight line no problem, but if I step on it the car pulls to the right. When I first noticed it I thought I was shift incorrectly and slightly turning the steering wheel, but while on the freeway 55mph to 75pmh I was able to feather the acceleration and realized the car was pulling left!

It really doesn't seem like this could be alignment and the transmission feels and sounds fine, could I have a problem with the differential or is this more than likely transmission???

I have 6,400 miles and have been pretty good with the car, yeah I've pushed the V-Tech but nothing crazy. I've never launched the car hard and other than occassional spirited driving I don't remember the car reacting wierd after pushing it a little.

Before I take it to Honda, can anyone shed some light on what might be wrong. Thanks...

If I had not have gone back to re-type after realizing my caps were on, I'd have waxed ya!
