Default Disappointing Dyno and Weird Curves...HELP XVIPER, UL

I dynoed the car tonight. I have a comptech intake, Speed n1 exhaust, 02 ECU and 4.77 gears. My max hp was 195 and torque of 127 in 4th gear @ 8830rpm. I have some REALLY odd torque curves and HP curves. Any ideas? I wasn't hot inside the garage and they had fans in front of the egine (hood up). Also, they had HUGE hoses attached to the exhaust and I blew the hose off twice. Another guy with an 01 silverstone, comptech intake and Spugen dual exhaust hit 201.
Here's the dyno....suggestions?

Seems about right no? Those curves are pretty wild though.

seems ok for bare bones stock. The curves are very off IMO.

This is on a dynapack which UL says is typically 10 hp higher than dynojets on his dyno. Do you have a baseline? My bone stock '01 put down 215 hp on UL's dynapack.

I dynoed 187 on a mustang dyno, when I first got the car.

Did he adjust the dyno software to reflect your 4.77 gearing ratio?

I've had the valves adjusted in the past...about 6months ago.
He didn't correct for gears....but I was going to 8800 rpm by the sheet.

Do you think hooking up the exhaust to that hose affected anything. It was attached with bungie straps and I snaped that thing off twice.

The gear ratio is off by a bit, but not enough to change the power (just throw the rpm vs. peak off).

I've different Dynapacks read differently (I've tested my own car on several), so take differences with other dynos with due caution.

The curve looks pretty normal shapewise (outside of that one run - did you have a scantool to read coolant and intake temps?). The reason it looks so bumpy is that the DYnapack software automatically scales to the highest resolution possible.

I don't know how good the N1 exhaust is, so that may be part of the reason for the difference with the other car on the same dyno. Also, what was the load time used? This is very critical in the hp reading. Finally, the hoses on the tailpipe shouldn't have hurt power, but if they were being blown off, they were creating some restriction for sure. Anything less than a 4" diameter tube with some vacuum on it (not much, just enough to move air) is probably too small in my experience.
