Some good replies here. I'd definitely either get a dummy key made (if possible) or try to get into the glove compartment. I would think that lock is much easier to fix.

Thanks for all the ideas guys! I'm going to try to pry the console open enough to get something in there to push the button first. I think my buddy has a complete S2000 manual at his house if that doesn't work, so I could trigger it electronically.

I would have just got a key made, but my car is from the USA and I'm in Canada; Honda Canada and Honda America will not share info with each other, so I'd have to get a key shipped up from the states, which is kind of a PITA.

Wadzii and Gigdy. Thank you.

Breaking into that centre console was too easy. Good for me today, but kinda sketchy for protecting things in the future.

Here's what you do:

I used a clip puller tool with a rag over top of it. No scratches and the console can be opened up a good 15mm without too much difficulty. I just had to push the button with the coat hanger from there. Took about 2 minutes to do.

Remove the right hand panel on the inside of the A pillar, unplug the loom going down the sill to the rear of the car and apply 12 volts to the boot release solenoid wire.

Google for a workshop manual to find out the wire colour and pin number.

I did the same thing, i just had a lock smith come out and he stuck a rod inbetween the window and soft top and unlocked the door. from there i just used the button on in the glove box. if your glove box is locked you can do what was posted above or you can remove the tray that the top folds into and grab your keys

I believe he can get in the car he just cannot get into the glove box. Try SGTB's recommendation or the towel recommendation IMO.
