[QUOTE=w1ngman,Jun 10 2009, 08:14 PM] Which price point did you go with -- $3.49, 2.99, or $1.49?

The $3.49 ones are incorrect all together. The $2.99 ones are the ones I went with and the only LED option that site offers.
Thanks and looking forward to the pics. Just as a clarification on my part (I'm sorry if I'm being dense here)... I can't see from the site's info/pics any particular difference between the $3.49 ones and the $2.99 ones...except that the $3.49 ones are advertised as "30% brighter than regular Neo...". If that's the case, what makes the $3.49 ones "incorrect altogether" from your assessment.

Thanks again for these clarifications!

- Dave

Thank you again to the OP for this amazing walk through on the install.

Does this DIY work for AP2's as well, or are there extra steps?

I took the dash trim off my 05 because it was damaged and I replaced it with a new one. While trying to put it back on, I found that it did not want to fit flush on the right side, it was about a quarter inch off while the left side was flush. I checked the clips and made sure there was nothing behind that prevented it from clipping in. It is almost as though the new piece is warped. Has anyone else had this problem? Thanks for the help.
