Default DIYDiagnostics.com OBD II code scanner

I stumbled upon this website www.diydiagnostics.com, which sells OBD II code scanners starting at $33. Has anyone ever used these?

It's real annoying for me to have to run to Autozone anytime I get a CEL. I'd love to be able to pull the code myself. I usually don't need the code description, as I just search s2ki with my code, and I usually find answers.

Anyone try these? I'm about to order the $33 one, which is supposed to pull codes without problems.

i think you can find one at autozone or advance auto parts for the same price but i used them before all it reads is the code, then you have to google the code

I'm really only looking for something to pull codes. I always just search the forums, once I have my CEL code. I'm just curious if these scanners will be accurate or not.

You used the one from diydiagnostics or from autozone/aap?

"I have a 100% satisfaction guaranteed policy. If you are not completely happy with your purchase simply return it for a full refund (less shipping) within 30 days of receiving it. All products have a 1 year warranty."

I think I'll just order it, and for the first few CEL I will verify them at Autozone as well. If the codes match up, I'll keep the device. If they are different, I'll return it.
