How do you make a smooth transition from brake only -> brake & throttle -> throttle only by rolling the foot? I can't picture being able to slide my foot over while I apply pressure (smoothly).

it's kind of a rotate on the ball of your foot thing so it is a combo heel toe/side of foot affair

I can't stand the foot roll thing - I do an actual heel-toe action. (Like you see in all the Best Motoring videos.)

I'm 5'9" and I've never had a problem with the steering wheel interfering with my knees.
