Hey guys,

I recently purchased my '07 AP2 and noticed that it had a different final drive than stock. So naturally, I compared the car's speedometer readings to a GPS-based speedometer on my phone and they are matched with very little variation. Based on that, I just checked the wiring around the ECM and expected to see a Modifry Yellow Jacket or Rick's Yellow Box or something friggin yellow in there lol. I couldn't find anything familiar to any speedometer recalibration devices that I knew of, so I'm asking if you guys can identify what kind of device is on my car because I do know there is some non factory wiring. Please check out the pics below.







I suspect the black cube with the black wire and colored terminals is the device, but I'm not entirely too sure. What do you guys think?

Looks like a starter cut relay for alarm but never hooked up

 

I guess I should have taken better pictures, but there are wires on both ends of the green terminals, just not on the blue and red.

 

I see a red half-tap in there too.

Someone has played with those harnesses.
