Default Dont have a manual

Hi I just bought a 2004 s and it didnt come with a manual, I just wanted to know how much oil is needed in order for me to do an oil change,I checked some threads in here and couldnt find it, any help would greatly be appreciated, I think I might have read that they take 5 litres just wanted to confirm.

Its 5.1 quarts for an ap1, im not sure on ap2, but it may be the same. Im sure someone will chime in.

The oil pan on the S2000 is the same on the AP1 and AP2. In any case, you won't take LESS oil than an AP1. An AP1 needs 5.1 quarts. So why don't you buy 6 quarts and just stop adding oil when the car is full? I usually put about 5.2-5.4 in my car at every change.

Did you read this? It tells you how much to add.

I have never put less than 5.5 quarts in any AP1 or AP2 to put it to the full mark, this is oil and filter change.

Get 6. It will take almost 6.

buy 6 like bill said... put in 5 and check the dipstick... and add enough to make you feel comfy. When the engine is cold, I keep the dipstick reading at 2 x's below full.

Quick question but did you check that secret compartment area? I thought I didnt have a manual until I found it.

probably in the secret compartment.. but its secret so you have to find it yourself

Okay the secret compartment is it between the seats at the top, where the windscreen is.
