There is a thread with the exact same title that explains it all. In short. If you put drive shaft spacers in, you will not need to swap the cups yet. If you experience vibration further down the line, then you can swap them and you don't need drive shaft spacer until you experience vibration again

The contrary is also true....if you swap CV buckets now you will not need spacers....

What happens when you lower the car is the spider inside the cvbucket finds a new wear spot. Think of it like if you drilled a hole with a drill bit and then tried to drill another hole close to the hole you already drilled. Your drill bit would jostle a bit back and forth between the hole you already made and the one you were trying to make. The cv buckets after a few thousand miles get a wear spot from the spyder then when you lower the car the spyder is at a difeerant spot but it is very close to the old spot. It really comes down to how much work you want to do/money you want to spend. Type 1 R halfshaft spacers is what I put on my car took about an hour to do and haven't had a problem since. They are easiest because you just take the nuts out of the driveshaft slide the spacers in and bolt it back ip. If you buy a single solid spacer you still have to pull the whole shaft out and at that point your probably better off just swapping cv buckets. I put spacers on as I said no problems other people have done both. Swap buckets and do spacers seems like overkill to me.
