Default Driver Window wont Go Up

I need some help troubleshooting my issue with the car...

I had to change out the Driver Door Lock. Once I finished installing it. I made sure everything was working before I put the panel back on the driver door. Everything worked "Driver Window, Passenger Window, and Soft Top..".
So I put the panel back on, Did one more check to make sure all is well and the Driver Window would not Go UP, so i popped the bottom half of the panel off and tried again, and it worked. I thought this was weird but being that it was 2am, i brushed it off as nothing serious and popped the bottom panel back on, and tried again to operate the window and nothing. Passenger works fine, Soft Top Works fine, Even Rear View Mirror Adjust works fine... just not Driver Window... Took panel off completely... and try again.. and now i am getting nothing... absolutely nothing.. i went from having a working window to a dead window... I checked the Driver and Pass Window Fuse under Driver Side Dash and both are fine...

I have no clue where the relay is...
I need to start looking at the wiring harness but i wanted to see if anybody ran into this issue before as i am hoping its something alot simpler than chasing wires...

BTW my car is a 00'

Did you check the pins in the connector. The pins could be loose and it could be moving in and out. Test the pins for power and check the pins on the switch if its bent and look at it carefully to see if its making contact.
