i dont think anyone is gonna be able to tell u from this pic alone, im gonna say no, what exactly is wrong with that piece, did it crack open?

A normal driveshaft would not be split apart like this. The ball bearings and grease will fall right out of it as it is. But, it appears as though this is just pressed together to begin with. So, I'm wondering if it can simply be pressed back together.

That's what I was afraid of. Unfortunately I just got this one used, this is how it came out of the box. Guess I'll buy new this time. Thanks

That is shameful that someone would sell that like it is It was probably damaged in an wreck.

I'll never know whether it happened during shipping or before. I'm going to give the seller the benefit of the doubt because it does me no good to do otherwise.
