Default Dropping Diff / Alignment Question

Two part question
1. I am dropping the diff this weekend, for 4.57. Are there any writeups on how to drop the differential and what sort of tools I need. Every time I try to go past page 1 in a search an error happens. What kind of difference should I expect from these gears?

2. Just bought RPF-1 17s 8" front 9" rear on 215/255 azenis rt615. What kind of alignment specs should I go for with this setup. I am not dropped nor do I plan to be in a while. UK specs are a good place to start?

Thank You

Anyone else? I can figure out how to drop it so long as I have the right tools. That is my main concern. AS for the alignment I'll give the UK specs a try
