does the e-manage has only 1 type main harness for all vehicles? or every car has different?

 

The main harness has 1 plug that attaches to the unit. The wires on the other end of the harness are spliced into the car's engine harness. Which wires are uses depends on vehicle. The harnesses are not model specific.

 

and I do I need the injector harness if I am running stock injectors?

Only if you want to add fuel directly with the e-manage. For most applications, the injector harness is a minimum.

 

If I install Rick's 4.57 rear gear set, do I have to buy an Apexi-vafc?

No and yes.
