Easiest HP booster?

I have a 2001 S2000 with only a AEM cold air intake. I have been thinking about a header to tweak out a few more HP(for not a whole lotta bucks)
ANy other ideas would be appreciated

What do you consider "not a whole lotta bucks"? A header that actually provides ANY gains will be $1000. For $250 you can get similar gains from a V-AFC.
