You should be able to go in to the dealer, have them punch in the VIN from the current ECU that you have installed and program your existing keys that are already cut to your doors and ignition cylinder.

When you go to progam the keys there is a option for all keys lost. The dealer should be able to reprogram all your keys to the new ecu. There is also a replace ecu option for reprograming keys.

Flatbed to the dealer with all your keys, so they can write them to the new ECU (they need the car to do this as the machine plugs into your OBDII connector)

You cannot make a coded key for an S2000 by the VIN. Only the cut, not the chip.

Flatbed, trip to dealer. Open wallet and shake.

Question, can I just bring in my key with new ECU's VIN, w/o having my car there?
