Default Eibach Ground Control Coil Overs

Looks like this is the kit I will be ordering for my04. The Eibach springs are 40% stiffer than stock but custom spring rates can be requested when ordered.
So does anyone feel like schooling me on spring rates?

Thanks

what is the purpose of the car?(track?, half and half? weekend? daily?)

are you planning to stripe the car?

what damper are you mating this with?

what is the primary tires/wheels set up?

what kind of "track" you planning to go(autocross, drag, roadcourse, nope, etc)

there's no one size fits all for suspension answers, what's works best or faster for someone doesn't always holds true for everyone. some might like the rear baised Ap1, tail out feeling, some might perfer understeer at tire limits. Some might even takes the stock suspension over 1000 dollar pieces

before we can assist you with your question, please let us know how you drive.
