Default Suspension

I am looking at getting suspension. I have been looking at the buddy club stuff. The problem is I like the way the car rides now I just want to lower. I will make up for the softer suspension with all the bars you can get if thats possible. I would like to go to some track events but not be so stiff. I had the omni sports on my civic that was ok.
Any suggestions would be great. Also anyone know what the stock spring rates are for a ap1 (my2000)

You can also pick up the Ground Control coilover sleeves for a few hundred dollars and they will build your spring per the rates that you want. You can even request stock spring rates.

What? How difficult is it to tell the company that you want stock spring rates? In the end, you have an adjustable suspension that rides like stock. Is this not exactly what you claim to want?

If you have springs that are too stiff for your shocks or if you have very stiff springs as well as very stiff shocks, your car will bounce. This is why you do not want to run a race-worthy suspension on the street... The two don't mix well!

If you are simply lowering your car on the stock shocks and you have matching spring rates, your car will exhibit no more "Bounce" than is experienced currently.
