Emanage does not regonize a honda engine

now the problems is that the support tool freezes when I sellet the map trace featrue and then I start the engine.

any Help?

Re-read the manual, it's fairly specific the order of things they want you to do when connecting with the laptop. I believe it's turn the car ON (power), launch the eManage software (you should see ONLINE at the bottom), then start the car. Maybe it's just something dumb like that.
