Emission system not ready

All of my emissions systems report 'not ready'. I put a new engine in my AP1 over a year ago. I'm sure I just missed a connection. Any idea whichat one it could be? No code or CEL.

Battery dead recently?

Make sure the 7.5a back-up fuse is not blown.
