Engine Almost Dies
Just replaced the spark plugs on a 03 AP1, as well as trans fluid.
Put everything back together correctly, and hand tightened the new plugs (about 2 full hand cranks tightened).
Started the car up, sounds fine. When I give it gas, as the rpms go down, it goes all the way down to one bar, (sounds as if its going to stall), then crawls back up to 4 bars.
Went for a test drive, everytime I push the clutch in, the rpms drop to one bar (normal speed, but the car doesn't die. Even from a move-stop-move, car doesn't stall.
Question is: do the plugs need to be tightened some more?
Thanks in advance

Wait a second.....just read this: https://www.s2ki.com/s2000/topic/386...-stalling-etc/
With the new plugs, does the MAF need to readjust or something?

If you disconnected the battery when replacing your spark plugs then you will most likely have to reset your ecu by letting it idle for a good 10min. Then it will be back to normal.
If you didn't disconnect your battery then the problem lies elsewhere.
You don't do anything to the MAP when replacing plugs and dont tighten the plugs some more if you torque it right.
